This document, along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, describes our relationship with you. Please read them carefully to understand how you can use our services.

Please read the following important provisions carefully before using this Service to complete the authorization process to My Mudra/mymudra.com/ My Mudra Mobile App (“collectively Website”). By accessing or using this Service by visiting our Website, verifying your mobile number through a one-time password on each access, and clicking on “Get Free Report” you agree and accept to be bound by these terms and conditions and disclaimers set out herein:

1. Credit Information Report Service

My Mudra Credit Score Service ("Service") is an online service that enables you to access your credit score and credit report as supplied by our credit bureaus partners ("Credit bureaus”/ “Credit Information Companies"). The Service consists of receipt of your credit report and credit score.

2. Terms of Registration and Authorization

You agree that by submitting your details on this Website and requesting the Service, you provide express and voluntary written consent to My Mudra, authorizing and appointing My Mudra as your lawful representative, for the purposes, including but not limited to instructing the Credit bureaus, its affiliates, to obtain, receive and compile your credit information i.e. free credit reports and credit scores, from the Credit bureaus on your behalf, viewing your credit report containing your personal and financial information and use it in the manner consistent with these Terms of Service.

You agree that this Service is provided to help you better understand your credit information and provide you with personalized offers for products and services from My Mudra, and/or its business/marketing partners.

By providing your authorization, we will create your My Mudra credit information account section under “My Account” on the Website

Further, you hereby expressly grant consent to My Mudra to direct, the Credit bureaus to deliver and/or transfer your credit report to My Mudra on your behalf.

You also agree that your authorization can be automatically assigned to a Credit bureau(s) and this Service shall be provided to you in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the arrangement between My Mudra and its Credit bureau partners.

You understand that while providing your credit report is free of cost, however, My Mudra may charge you, at its sole discretion, for other services such as assisting you to understand your credit report etc. Such charges may be revised by My Mudra from time to time.

You agree that Additional Standard terms and conditions of the Credit bureaus CIBIL / EQUIFAX / EXPERIAN / CRIF Highmark / will apply to your use of this Service.

You hereby authorize My Mudra to do all of the following in connection with providing you the Services:

• 1. Verify your identity and share with Credit bureaus certain personally identifiable information e.g name, PAN, etc about you;
• 2. Request and receive your credit report, and credit score from Credit bureaus, including but not limited to a copy of your consumer credit report including credit score, at any time for (i) a limited period of six months or (ii) till such time the credit information is required to be retained to satisfy the purpose for which it was provided or (iii) until you withdraw your consent to store such Consumer Credit Information. whichever is earlier and/or as per applicable governing laws and thereafter, the stored Consumer Credit Information shall be deleted, purged or expunged by the Company. Retain a copy of your credit information as per applicable governing laws, along with the other information you have given us access to under this authorization, for use in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Service, My Mudra’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• 3. To assign/transfer your authorization to different Credit bureaus, in any circumstance whatsoever, and accordingly provide credit report from such Credit bureau(s). The consent provided by you at the time of registration under these Terms of Service shall be valid for all Credit bureau(s) partnered with us.
• 4. For obtaining your credit report, you agree that My Mudra can reapply, to the Credit bureau(s) every 30 (thirty) days through multiple attempts, in order to provide you with your credit report. In the event My Mudra is unable to obtain your credit report, for any reason whatsoever, you agree and acknowledge that you shall not hold My Mudra liable in any manner. You understand and acknowledge that in the event My Mudra is unable to obtain your credit report, for any reason whatsoever My Mudra’s right to reapply to obtain your credit report shall be valid for a period of 18 (eighteen) months from the date you have applied on the Website for availing this Service, where you had provided consent to My Mudra for directing the Credit bureaus to deliver and/or transfer your credit information to My Mudra on your behalf.

3. Information We Collect

• 7. Address
• 8. Income details
• 9. Employer details

We obtain your credit report (including your score and information) from Credit bureaus on your behalf to understand more about the information, we collect and how we use it, please go through the Privacy Policy.

4. How we use your Credit Information

We process and use your credit information in the following ways: -

• 1. To present you an overview of your credit profile including detailed information on all your credit accounts, where available;
• 2. To provide assistance to you to understand your credit report and help you with other ancillary services like credit assessment services and rectification services. Such ancillary services shall be governed by their respective terms and conditions including these Terms of Service;
• 3. To provide you with customized recommendations and personalized offers of the products and services of My Mudra and/or its business partners/ affiliates via email, text, call or online display, or other modes/channels at the sole discretion of My Mudra;
• 4. To aggregate anonymous data for the purpose of data analytics, reporting, historical or comparative information, or insights about your credit data, through third parties, in accordance with applicable laws;
• 5. To present you with reward/loyalty programs of My Mudra from time to time and when you avail of these programs, then you shall be bound by their respective terms and conditions (which shall be notified from time to time) including these Terms of Service;To ensure that you have the best online experience on the Website.

5. Your My Mudra Credit Information Account

Eligibility: To avail of the Service, you must register on the Website and create an account. By registering with My Mudra for this Service, you agree and certify that:

• 1. You are 18 years of age or above;
• 2. Any information you provide to us, both when you register and in the future, is and will be true, accurate, current and complete;
• 3. You are only registering an account for yourself and agree not to use this Service to attempt to obtain/receive credit information about any other person than you;
• 4. You will keep all information up to date;

You have registered voluntarily and My Mudra has not made any promises or representations to you in order to induce you to provide your credit information or seek any consent or authorization in this regard. Option to “Unsubscribe” from your credit information account

The authorization granted by you is effective until your credit information account section is unsubscribed by either you or My Mudra and you discontinue all use of our Service in accordance with these Terms of Service. An “unsubscribe” facility will be provided on the Website to provide you with an option to unsubscribe from this Service. By selecting it, we will discontinue providing you with these Services and you shall not receive future updates/monthly refreshes on your credit information/credit report/credit score and you will be able to view only historical information, if any, “as is” related to your My Mudra credit information account section of “My Account”. My Mudra shall not be requesting any future credit reports from Credit bureaus.

Request to “Delete” your credit information account:

We strongly advise you to continue with this Service because it helps you to monitor your credit report and score regularly and make informed credit decisions. However, if you still wish to delete your credit information account, please refer to the FAQ section of your credit information account or send an email request to us for the deletion of your credit information. On receiving your request for deletion, we will erase your data, discontinue sharing monthly report refreshes and we will not send you any further communications in this context. You understand that by requesting to delete from this Service, we will only delete your My Mudra credit information account section from your “My Account” and your “My Account” with My Mudra for your other products and services, if you have opted, shall continue to be valid, subject to the terms specified under “My Account” as stated under the Terms of Use.

Credit Information Consent Management

You hereby authorize My Mudra to continue providing you uninterrupted access to credit information from Credit Bureaus CIBIL / EQUIFAX / EXPERIAN / CRIF Highmark. By logging into your My Mudra account, you grant My Mudra the right to access your credit information for the next 6 months and/or as per applicable governing laws. My Mudra reserves the right to refuse service, terminate, or remove accounts in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the above, we retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to the Website and this Service we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. including additional standard terms and conditions of the Credit bureaus. Upon termination, your right and license to access and/or use the Service immediately ceases; your User ID will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access or use the Service.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any section of these Terms of Service that by its nature is intended to survive termination of these Terms of Service or your use or access to our Services or will survive such termination.

6. Alerts

The new “alerts” feature shall be provided by My Mudra as per its respective arrangements with Credit bureaus and shall monitor your credit score and credit report and send you real-time SMS, email, WhatsApp messages/ Push SMS/ App notifications when your credit score and credit report have undergone a change. My Mudra shall provide you with real-time notifications on specified events/changes on your credit report as per the information received from Credit bureaus. Your credit score and credit report under this Service may change upon receipt of any new updated information by the Credit Bureaus on the credit facilities you have availed. The “alerts” may also be sent including but not limited in case of any events resulting in a change in your credit history/information. This “alert” feature is made available by My Mudra free of charge for all its customers and all the information pertaining to the “alerts” may also be available in your credit information account and may be used for other business purposes by My Mudra as per the Terms of Use of the website and Privacy Policy.

In light of the above, you acknowledge and consent:

To receive the “alerts” from My Mudra through itself or its authorized service providers To receive SMS (es), WhatsApp messages, App notifications, Push SMS, and/or email (s) or via any other communication channels, on the mobile number and email ID registered with us. You further acknowledge and agree for My Mudra to send you an “alert” in case of any update or any change in the credit information and/or credit score so reflecting at the relevant time in your credit report.

This “alert” feature has been provided to you on account of availing Service from My Mudra and you will not raise any dispute and/or legal proceedings against My Mudra including its officers, directors representatives, and its respective Credit bureau partners for sending such “alerts” and shall not hold us and/or Credit bureau partner for any losses/damages/claims in this regard.

7. Real-time Alerts

“Real-time” Alerts is a feature made available by TransUnion CIBIL Limited (TU CIBIL) to the consumers availing its Credit Information Report (CIR) prepared by TUCIBIL.

Your CIR and Credit Score may change whenever a Credit/Financial Institution accesses your CIR or submits any new information and/or updates any information pertaining to the credit facilities you have availed from various lenders.

The new Alerts feature monitors the changes/updates made to your CIR and/or Score and sends you real-time SMS and E-mail notifications whenever your CIR and/or Score has undergone a change.

My Mudra Fincorp Private Limited _(“ My Mudra”) will get these updates from TUCIBIL only upon you providing your explicit consent to receive alerts from My Mudra and then this feature is made available to you on agreeing to the following terms and conditions :

As your Authorised Representative, My Mudra, will from time to time get real-time notifications on specified events/changes on your CIR and then send these updates to you in the form of Alerts in the manner mentioned hereunder.

Additional Terms of Service for TU CIBIL:

In terms of the same, you provide your explicit consent on the following:

• 1. To TU CIBIL to intimate and provide details to My Mudra of any updates or any changes in your Credit Information and/or CIBIL Score linked to your CIR.
• 2. To receive from My Mudra, or through its authorized service providers/agents Alerts via SMS(s), WhatsApp messages, App notifications, Push SMS Email (s), or via any other communication channels on your registered mobile number and/or Email-id, respectively.
• 3. For the purpose of receiving these Alerts through SMS(s) and/or Email(s) on the mobile number and/or Email-id, respectively your correct and rightful mobile number and/or Email-id shall be considered to be your registered mobile number and/or Email-id provided and/or updated on the My Mudra platform from time-to-time.
• 4. In the event of an update on or change in your Credit Information and/or CIBIL Score linked to your CIR intimated by TU CIBIL, My Mudra may send an Alert on your registered mobile number and/or Email.
• 5. That this feature shall be provided to you on account of your subscription to Alerts and on the basis of your explicit consent provided to My Mudra and that you will not raise any dispute and/or legal proceedings against TUCIBIL for receiving such SMS(s) WhatsApp messages, App notifications, Push SMS Email (s) or via any other communication channels from My Mudra and/or hold TUCIBIL liable/responsible for any losses/claims/damages, etc. in this regard. That you will not hold TUCIBIL responsible/liable for any decision that you make with regard to renewing or not renewing the subscription.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• 1. This Service is for informational purposes only and is intended to provide helpful and informative material on the subjects addressed.
• 2. My Mudra does not control your credit report and credit score, which is a statistical analysis of information contained in your credit file as maintained in the system and database of Credit bureaus, and we cannot change that information for you.
• 3. If the information in your credit report is inaccurate and is affecting your credit score, you have the right to dispute it either by directly contacting the Credit bureaus or through its Website.

Information and/or services offered on this website are provided "As is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including warranties of correctness, completeness, accuracy merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event will my mudra be liable to any party for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this website, or any linked website, including without limitation, lost profits, loss of use, business interruption, or other economic losses, loss of programs or other data, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other action, even if my mudra is advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Limitations and Restrictions on the Use of Service

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information such as your full name, date of birth address of residency, etc, to us. The Service provided herein is subject to you providing true and accurate information and providing all the required documents as requested by My Mudra. Each Service request is for one person only; We do not accept joint requests for this Service.

A Service request may be rejected by the Credit bureaus in the following events:

• 1. The particulars furnished by you do not match the information existing with the Credit bureaus; Data rejected by the data collection system maintained by Credit bureaus;
• 2. Incomplete upload of data provided by you in relation to this Service. My Mudra shall inform you of such rejection.

Any analysis and estimates we provide as part of our Service are for illustrative and informational purposes only. Our analysis and estimates are based on certain assumptions and use only the data we have. Our analysis and estimates are neither endorsed by nor commissioned by, any of our affiliates.

The methodology we use to determine which offers, analysis, or other information is presented or highlighted is proprietary and we may elect to consider, ignore, emphasize, or de-emphasize certain factors in our sole and absolute discretion.

We do not guarantee that the information we present as part of our Service, including credit report or credit score information, is the same information that may be used or reviewed by a third party to assess your creditworthiness or eligibility for any particular product or service.

10. Confidentiality

Since it affects your use of the Service, please review our Privacy Policy. and Terms of Use of this Website. We collect, use, and disclose information about you as provided in our Privacy Policy. and described herein. Our Privacy Policy. is located on the Website and is incorporated into these Terms of Service by way of reference, and you agree to accept the terms of the Privacy Policy. as a condition to your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Mudra and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, and any third-party providers of information to this Service, from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms of Service or any terms and conditions applicable to Service, or your violation of the intellectual property rights of My Mudra, Credit bureaus, or any of those other parties.

You shall not use or otherwise make or present any demand or claim, and irrevocably, unconditionally, and entirely release, waive and forever discharge My Mudra, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, affiliates, successors, and assigns, jointly and individually (hereinafter "Releasee"), from any and all manner of liabilities, claims, demands, losses, claims, suits, costs and expenses (including court costs and reasonable attorney fees) ("Losses"), whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown, which you ever had, now have, or in the future may have against the Releasee with respect to the submission of your credit information and / or your decision to provide My Mudra with the authority to deliver your credit information under this Service. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasee from and against any and all Losses resulting from claims made against My Mudra and the Credit bureaus by third parties arising from and in connection with this authorization.

For purposes of convenience, this Service of My Mudra' may contain links to third-party websites. My Mudra makes no representations or warranties about any third-party websites that you may access through the links. By providing a link to those websites, My Mudra does not endorse, adopt, or otherwise accept any responsibility for the content or use of those websites.

13. Compliance, Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

You must comply with all applicable laws when using our Service. You are not permitted to use our Service to obtain any consumer credit report, score or other consumer credit information under false pretenses or in violation of applicable laws.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and understood in accordance with laws of India and Courts in the city of Gurugram, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction in regard to any dispute arising thereof.

14. Other Terms and Conditions

• 1. The terms and conditions mentioned herein may be modified by My Mudra at its sole discretion from time to time.
• 2. The rights granted in these Terms of Service are personal. You may not assign, sub-license, or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these conditions:
