As the Functional Head – Sales Strategy & Business Development at My Mudra, Jasdeep is responsible for defining the company's sales structure, growing the market visibility, and strengthening strategic partnerships.

Before joining My Mudra, he was in leadership positions at prestigious organizations such as Convergys, Serco, IBM Daksh, and PNB MetLife, where he led large-scale teams, managed portfolios exceeding ₹1,400 crore in annual business, and implemented performance-based models to enhance retention and profitability.

A hands-on strategist with execution expertise, Jasdeep has expertise in:

  • Bancassurance Partnerships : Establishing strong partnerships with leading/premier banking institutions to drive reach and distribution.
